Returns Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ You received the wrong item.
✅ The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
✅ The item is unopened and in its original packaging.
📌 Timeframe: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
❌ Opened or partially consumed food items.
❌ Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind.
❌ Items reported after 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement based on the situation:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- If applicable, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
